The simplest and the most straightforward way, of course, is to use a VPN. The only VPN that you should be using is Proton VPN [1]. You can easily download it from Play Store or App Store. You should never use any of those random free VPNs. They steal and sell your data, and worse sometimes make you download malware.
The other way is to use a proxy. Now this might sound a little technical for the average person, but Telegram has made it super easy to use proxies. Telegram supports MTProxy, which is based on its MTProto protocol, but you needn't know what any of that means.
There are plenty of free MTProxy servers that you can use. Here are a few site where you can get free proxies:

But you should be aware that some of these public proxies may show obscure and bizarre sponsored chats in your Telegram that can look like ordinary conversations. I would advise you to never click on any of those.
