I am not Paul Graham

I’ve always admired Paul Graham’s writing style, and for years, I’ve longed to write like him—in both style and consistency. When I started this blog, I was determined to write in a similar way. I tried too hard to imitate him, aiming to make each sentence as short as possible, then trimming it further during edits. But that’s not my style—I’m verbose and conversational. I love telling a story in four lines when it could easily be told in one. For me, if I’m telling something, it needs to have a beginning, a middle, and a climax. Until that’s achieved, I’m not satisfied. So, yes, if it wasn’t evident earlier, it must be clear now: I’m not Paul Graham.
